Well I finally got cracking this afternoon, after a trip to the garden centre followed tea and cake in the teashop. Back with seed compost, seed trays, pea seeds all needed carrying up two flights of stairs to the loft the temporary potting shed/greenhouse
First I planted some early cropping peas “Twinkle”… did I buy them for the name do you think? Then I planted California Wonder Peppers followed by 3 varieties of tomatoes. A beefsteak type called Costolto, Garden Pearl a cherry one and plum variety called Roma VF.
Predictably the cat joined us, he decided he would help by laying on each of the seed packets in turn.
All finished with a good water …
